Core business systems
that talk to each other.

ERP, CRM and internal platforms, connected and kept in step.

Why it
matters.

Most companies run on a dozen systems that each hold part of the truth, glued together by spreadsheets and manual re-entry. We build and connect enterprise systems so data is entered once, flows where it is needed, and every team works from the same numbers.

What
we do.

  1. 01

Custom enterprise applications and internal platforms

  2. 02

Integration between ERP, CRM, HR and finance systems

  3. 03

Workflow automation to replace manual re-entry

  4. 04

Single sign-on, roles and audit trails across systems

  5. 05

Reporting that combines data from every system

  6. 06

Modernisation of ageing in-house enterprise tools

What you
get.

How we
work.

  1. 01

Find where data is copied by hand today

We trace each key record, a customer, an order, an employee, and find every place it is typed in again by hand.

  2. 02

Pick one system as the source of truth for each record

For each record we agree which system owns it, so updates flow in one direction and never conflict.

  3. 03

Connect systems with monitored, documented integrations

Integrations are built with retries, alerts and documentation, so a failed sync is noticed in minutes, not at month end.

Good fit
if…

Your teams re-key the same data into several systems, or reports from different departments never agree.

Common
questions.

Do we have to replace our current systems?

No. Most of the value comes from connecting what you already have. We only suggest replacing a system when it can’t be integrated reliably.

What if one of our systems has no API?

We can work with file exports, database connections or a small service in front of the old system, and plan a cleaner route for later.

How do you avoid breaking things that work today?

Integrations go live one at a time, run alongside the manual process at first, and only replace it once the numbers match.
